Simbi 水洗廠位於盧安達南部省的Huye，是一座私人水洗廠，他受家族影響而投身到咖啡產業中，
水洗廠於2013啟用，一個收穫季可處理300噸咖啡果，附近有大約1,475名農民會將鮮果送來處理，他們種植豆種的都是波旁(Bourbon)。鮮果在去除果皮果肉後，會放置在水槽中進行發酵，接著按密度分級，放置在有遮陽棚的曬床上乾燥24小時，再移至沒有遮陽棚的曬床乾燥約15天。

Simbi 成績非常好，在開始營運的第一年，就勇奪了Cup of Excellent的第9名，非常讓人感到不可思議，也是因為這樣的殊榮，使他們更專注於保持咖啡的品質，並試著提高產量。
